WET Belt, unlike old fashion types using threads and woven fabric, is manufactured from thermoplastic polyurethane and has received the USDA stamp of approval for direct food contact. Our custom composition provides superior wear and abrasion resistance. The need for pulley take ups and tracking devices is eliminated by pre-tensioning the belt during installation. No costly end preparation is needed for endlessing, and can be easily field installed. WET Belt is easily cleaned and impervious to most chemicals and solvents. WET Belt can be cleated, guided and fabricated, and is approved for direct food contact in FDA/USDA and DAIRY applications
